Oils that fast track hair growth

After I had my daughter in 2011 I went through a period after 6 months where my hair started falling out. when I say falling out I mean really falling out to the point where the middle of my head looked like someone took a lawnmower through it.

Of course, dealing with other stressors that come with being a  mom the last thing I needed added to my plate was losing my hair.

I mean really!

Anyway, I ended up cutting my hair so that it was even with the hair that was left on my head which was a bummer ,because it took me a minute to grow it.

I started trying different ways to grow my hair out, and restore its health prior to it falling out, and let me tell you I had a head full of t hick healthy hair for days.

So without further ado here are the oils that I used to grow my hair back.

These oils are high in essential vitamins and nutrients such as A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, Zinc, E, and omega-3 fatty acids, which increase blood circulation to the scalp.

And aid in hair growth and repair when deeply absorbed in the  hair follicles,

They also help to strengthening and conditioning the hair and have antibacterial properties.

How I  use it

Fill a spray bottle with 5oz of distilled water

Add  2oz each of Coconut, Castor, Olive, Carrot, and Grapeseed.

Add 10 drops of Rosemary, Frankincense, Almond, and Peppermint oil( because the peppermint oil is very potent you should start with 3-4 drops first and see how you tolerate it )

Add four Vitamin E capsules ( to take the oil out using a small needle or toothpick and puncture a small hole in the capsule then squeeze it into the spray bottle.

Vitamin E will prevent the oils from becoming rancid(bad) too quickly. when I  don’t have vitamin E capsules. I use the ready-made vitamin E oil and put 2oz of that.

I usually apply this mixture to my hair every day, but everyone’s hair is different. If the oils are too heavy for your hair you can spray it every other day.

The beauty of these oils is that there are so many variations you can use and you can test them together or separately to see what works best for you.

To increase blood flow to the scalp and increase the absorption of the oils  I usually massage my scalp for about 60 seconds.

That’s it for now guys. Till next time  be empowered, be authentic and be unique
