My Three favorite Belly Blasting smoothie

Weight loss is a continuous journey that takes consistency, patience, and hard work. One of the biggest struggles that most people have is getting rid of that belly. In addition to a healthy diet, smoothies are a great way to accelerate the fat burning process, help you curve your appetite and ultimately help you burn that stubborn belly fat.

  1. The Fibers help to suppress appetite and increase satiation which causes you to eat fewer calories and less food.
  2. The rich antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals cause you to burn fat more efficiently resulting in less belly fat, and overall weight loss, 

Oatmeal ginger banana smoothie

 Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large banana (frozen is better)
  • 1 cup Quaker oats  oatmeal
  • ½ ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon of honey

 

Make sure to peel the banana and ginger. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend utile you get a smooth consistency and the oats are completely ground up.

 Green lemon flush

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 stalk celery ( with or without leaves )
  • 2  cup kale
  • ½  ginger
  • ½ cup lemon juice 
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 cup prunes 

  Green barry machine 

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 celery stock
  •  ½ ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1cup prunes
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
